With this concept from Pedro, the comfort you enjoy at home is brought to the water without restrictions. The Pedro Liberty gives you freedom of living and mobility.
The concept is based on maximum comfort and convenience. This boat has a floor entirely on one level. The structure is rectangular with upright walls, so that the living space is optimally used. The Pedro Liberty has a comfortable spacious terrace at the front of the boat. The desired layout can be determined yourself. The interior can be filled in with furniture and kitchen equipment, as the user is used to at home.
The boat has a steel hull and composite superstructure with a very high insulation value. Furthermore, the Liberty is standard equipped with central heating and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Because of this and the use of low-maintenance double-glazed windows, the ship is very suitable for use 365 days a year.
The ship was designed together with Martin Bekebrede, a well-known designer of motor yachts for many years. The good sailing characteristics of a Pedro have also been an important condition in this boat. No concessions have been made to the design of the underwater hull. That is an essential difference with other houseboats.
A special feature is the application of a spud pile system. This allows you to secure the boat without mooring when you have to wait for the bridge, for example. The integrated spud poles lower at the touch of a button and secure the boat in the bottom. Convenience serves people.
The boat can be supplied with multiple propulsion systems. Standard with a Volvo diesel engine, but the Liberty can also be supplied with a hydraulic or electric version.
The model is available in different sizes. The vertical clearance is 2.50 metres, which means that many inland waterways with fixed bridges remain easily accessible.
